Hi my name is Sandie
I have been a keen crafter for many years, I always loved art as a child and was always drawing or colouring and making things out of sticky back plastic and card as you do when you are a child. I did the usual crafts as I grew up, knitting, sewing, dress making, painting but by far my favourite was cross stitch and now my house is full of cross stitch pictures.
I have stiched samplers for all my grandchildren and have done many cards and samplers for friends and relatives for their special occasions. Unfortunalty I do not have a lot of time these day to do my cross stitch but am at the moment stitching a sampler for my newest grandchild Louie.
My new venture is my craft web site, and this blog. There are so many different crafts I thought it would be nice to be able to find them all in one place rather than have to search through lots of sites. So thought I would start the web site and a blog to go alongside it with loads of tutourials.
At the moment the crafts I cover are cross stitch, card and scrapbooking, jewellery making supplying tools, storage and supplies so please pop in and have a look.
When I get time I will make a special page for photos on here and will add some pictures of the cross stitch kits I have done.
You might just be starting crafting and not really sure how to do the craft correctly and would like some advice and just cant find any so I have started this blog and will try and help you as much as I can by sourcing tutorials etc for you.
Please feel free to add any projects or ideas you have to this blog. All projects are most welcome
